The WritersUA Conference includes over sixty sessions Sunday, March 29, through Wednesday, April 1. As part of your conference registration you receive printed Conference Proceedings and admission to the Exhibition, Peer Showcase, and Product Demonstrations. You also receive the Networking Lunch, the Networking Reception, and continental breakfast each day. Optional seminars take place Sunday, March 29.

The Conference fees for each person attending are based on attendee classification and registration date:

| 1 | If you attended the 2008 WritersUA Conference in Portland, you will receive a $100 discount from the single registrant price. No other discounts apply. The discount is not transferable and only applies to the 2008 event. |

To qualify for the group rate, we need to receive at least five registrations at one time. If you think there may be more than five, you can add the extras at a later time. Supplemental Seminars take place Sunday, March 29, from 1:00 to 4:30 pm. These interactive sessions offer a more detailed and comprehensive examination of several popular topics. Each seminar is accompanied by printed slides and supplemental materials. The fee for each of the half-day seminars is $195. You do not have to attend the Monday through Wednesday Conference sessions in order to register for the Sunday seminars.
If you're new to the online Help authoring community, we invite you to reserve a place in our LaunchPad Certificate Programit's free with your Conference registration! We've designed this program to help you select the most effective series of sessions, to provide you with guidance from Help authoring mentors, and to introduce you to other colleagues who are just entering the Help arena.
To confirm your place at the Conference, you'll need to complete registration with payment information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, corporate purchase orders (signed and approved), or checks (payable to WinWriters, Inc.). We accept purchase orders until February 22, 2009. Invoice terms are net 30. However, WritersUA must receive all payments by March 14, 2009.
For cancellations received by March 1, 2009, we will refund your fee less $75 for administrative expense. No refunds will be granted for no-shows and cancellations received after March 1. We accept substitutions at no extra charge with written notice prior to March 14, 2009.
